User Data Deletion

Send an email to fluxhand@gmail.com from the email address associated with your HandFlux account. Use the subject line “HandFlux — Data Deletion Request” and include the email address of the account you want deleted.

For security, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account before completing a deletion request.

After verification, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account, including the HandFlux profile information and authentication-linked profile data that we control.

If you used Facebook, Google or Discord to authenticate, deleting your HandFlux account does not itself delete information held by those providers. You can manage permissions and provider-side data separately through the provider.

Certain transaction, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute records may need to be retained for a limited period when required by law or necessary to protect legitimate rights. These records are not retained for general product use after account deletion when deletion is otherwise appropriate.

We aim to review deletion requests promptly. The actual completion time can depend on verification, backups, legal retention requirements and third-party systems.

If you cannot access the email address associated with your account, contact fluxhand@gmail.com and explain the situation. We may request additional information to verify the request without asking you to send passwords or authentication secrets.
