Terms of Service

HandFlux is a software platform for poker players. It provides tools such as software utilities, hand-history conversion and other poker-related productivity or study tools. Features may be added, changed, suspended or discontinued as the platform evolves.

Availability can vary by product, operating system, poker room, tracker version and technical compatibility.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

One person should not use another person's account without authorization. We may restrict or suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, security violations or material breaches of these terms.

Paid HandFlux products grant the license or access described on the applicable product or checkout page. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a purchase does not transfer ownership of HandFlux software or intellectual property.

Prices, taxes, payment methods, trial periods and renewal terms are shown at checkout or on the relevant product page and may change for future purchases.

You may use HandFlux only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the rules of the poker rooms, trackers and other platforms with which you use our tools.

You must not use HandFlux to distribute malware, bypass security controls, infringe intellectual property rights, attack third-party services, commit fraud, or interfere with the operation of the service.

HandFlux does not authorize or guarantee that a particular use of a tool is permitted by a poker room or third-party platform. You are responsible for checking the rules that apply to your account and activity.

HandFlux branding, software, interface, documentation and original content are owned by HandFlux or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute protected components except where applicable law expressly permits it.

HandFlux may integrate with third-party services such as authentication providers, payment providers, poker trackers or poker platforms. Those services have their own terms and policies. HandFlux is not responsible for changes, outages or policies of third parties outside our control.

HandFlux tools are provided to assist with software workflows, analysis, study and productivity. They do not guarantee poker results, profits, account acceptance, compatibility with every third-party platform, or compliance with a third party's rules.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HandFlux is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or serious violations of these terms.
